Getting ready for Christmas
This year I/we managed to get on the ball and actually get our decorations out right after Thanksgiving. Avery was able to help this year and was sure to hand us all of the tree pieces. After showing her how to hand an ornament, she successfully got a few of them on the tree. We listened to Christmas music which Avery loved to dance to. It was a good afternoon.

The house looks absolutely beautiful, I love the light on the floor by the fireplace. Have you always had that? And Avery looks so bored in the picture with her hat and sun glasses on. They are cute, can't wait to see you all.

Your decorations look adorable, not that I expected less. I found myself thinking as I often do watching television and movies, "That's from Pier 1, and that's from pier 1." Yes, I'm still pathetic. Everything looks great!
I second Mandy! I even went further and showed Dave all the Pier 1 stuff. Once you work there, I don't think that it ever leaves you! I am sure Christmas will be extra exciting this Christmas with Avery understanding more about the season. Take tons of pictures and enjoy that beautiful daughter! Be safe and have fun.
