I know this is super difficult to make out, but she's there. Her face is at the top of the picture. She is turned about half way looking straight at you. If you look close, you can see the dark spots (her eyes) and then her nose right below. She has chubby little cheeks on each side of that. (Look out little girl! Your great-grandma has a thing for chubby cheeks!)
