Baby Shower in St. Louis

This past Saturday in St. Louis I had my fourth and final baby shower. It was held at the church where I grew up and attended by church members, family and friends from the local area. My close friend Erin was the hostess and my family helped with the food and prep. There were many there that I hadn't seen in quite awhile so it was good to catch up. We received many wonderful and helpful gifts that we can't wait to use. Again, we were very blessed by everyone's generosity.

Moma, Grandma and GRAND Aunt Becky- thank you so much for all the time you spent preparing the food and being a part of the special day. I love you guys very much!

Erin- You are a great friend and I appreciate you hosting the shower. I know you spent a lot of time getting all of it ready- it was very obvious in how awesome everything looked! You outdid yourself again. Tell Cody and Carter that all of the shower talk is over!

Now that all the showers are over, we move to the next phase. Childbirth classes. These consist of standard childbirth classes, car seat safety, breastfeeding and baby/mommy care after coming home. The nursery is almost complete. We're just waiting for a few ordered items to arrive and then I'll post more pictures.

This left picture is of me opening the gift from my grandma- 2 homemade baby afghans. They are beautiful. The one on the right is of me and Erin, the hostess for the shower.
