It's begun

Redbird Season is upon us. The differences this year? A) Don't have to waddle a pregnant self to many games and make the spectators around me nervous when I jump and cheer and scream. B) Don't have to lug an infant, plus car seat, plus bottles, plus this, plus that to games and events. (sigh of relief) This could be a good sports season.

Not that I didn't enjoy the last 2, but they were a bit more complicated- note points A and B above. This season however, Avery and I can trek to many games and events without much of an ordeal at all. She gets excited to watch what's going on around her and I love being able to watch her take it all in.

Tonight kicked off the start of it all with the Redbird Fan Fair. The weather was perfect and Avery was exposed to some sensory overload. We took a breather with Aaron out on the football field before the scrimmage. Looking at some of these, I get a sense that there will be many more of these types of pictures to come in our future.

This makes me smile.

I do believe that someone is wrapped around the finger of a certain little girl...
