Hanging out in my Bumbo chair!

This has got to be one of the best inventions ever. The Bumbo Chair is designed for infants to use as soon as they can hold their heads up. We've had this for months but didn't think that Avery was big enough for it yet. And to that she said, "Mom, I'm a big girl!" Really, it's like I could hear her saying that in her mind. (She's so dang independepent already. I have no idea where she gets it.) So yes, our little BABY girl is now big enough to use this contraption and she absolutely loved it. The material is polyurethane (sp?) so it's basically a soft, but firm molded chair. It has a tray that can attach to the front for food/toy purposes. I am sure that we will be using it quite often now. And it's actually very good for helping to strengthen her back and neck muscles.
