Aaron's mom, dad, and brother, Sean, were able to come visit us for about a week. It was much needed! I have to say one of the most memorable things from when they were here was how Avery became so attached to Sean. I have never, ever seen her act the way she did when he was here. She's usually a little shy around new people (she hasn't seen Sean since she was 8mos old) and even after she warms up, she's usually still looking for me or Aaron. I would say that within 15 minutes of them being here, Avery went and sat in Sean's lap without being asked, gave him her shoes (her biggest obsession), and gestured for him to put them on her. From there on out, she always looked for him, wanted him to hold her, got him down in the floor to play dolls with her- you name it. She'd cry if he left the room! She learned to say his name and even now that they've been gone for about 4 days, she still looks out the window for him saying his name.
It was great to have them all here. Avery got a break from the sitter's house and instead was doted on hand and foot by 3 admirers. They took Avery for countless walks, to the park, the carousel, bought her bracelets, and played outside. Our turn is next- we're headed to Dallas in December.
This was taken just a short time after they arrived.
Wow- mowing the lawn with bracelets, sunglasses, AND a baby. That takes skill.

Out for a walk.

I also love the go go boots. She looks way to grown up there.
