The day has arrived. The day that Avery has talked about for weeks. The day that I, too, am excited for but yet tear up at the very thought. My baby is old enough to go to preschool and that is exactly what she did today. What made this day even more special? Aaron was able to come home for the weekend and join us for such a big day.
I am so proud of Avery! She marched right into school and never faltered once. Before we even left her room, she was off playing with her new classmates. When it was time to pick her up, she had the biggest grin on her face and couldn't stop telling us all about her morning. She's ready to go back tomorrow!
